Ms. Josefina Pamintuan and her sister Ms. Editha Ancheta from whose name the acronym JOED came into being, continues to ably manage the company as its General Manager and her firm determination to succeed has enabled JAIMC to expand and gain the untarnished reputation and credibility it enjoys among its peers in the Filipino Manpower Recruitment Industry.
